IR35 Guidelines and Changes
HMRC has announced changes to the IR35 rules (off-payroll working arrangements) which will affect new contracts undertaken from 6 April 2020 onwards.
Whilst the changes have been announced there are still many unanswered questions by HMRC. Companies operating under such agreements will need to prepare themselves for changes in the way they receive payment from their customers.
